Sufficiently large to accommodate blood and pharmaceutical products in their original packaging, as well as a substantial amount of plasma. Equiped with a removable steel compartment and 12 icepacks (600 ml).

- The latch of the lid can be lead-sealed to prevent any unauthorised handling of the contents during transport
- The model RCB 12U uses wet ice on top of the blood load as a cold source. 4 – 5 kg of ice are sufficient for a transport time of up to seven days
- Memory strips, an instruction label and one separation wall are standard equipment
